Our Mission is too collectively:
Provide a professional labour-relations service to our members.
Enable our members to fulfill their rightful roles in the workplace and society.
Manage and market our organisation professionally, skillfully and competently.
Represent labour in the communications and information technology related industries.
We envisage being the main custodians of employee rights and interests in the Communications and Information Technology related industries of South Africa through the provision of professional services in labour relations. Education, training, representation and communication.
